1966 Appointed distributors by Ballarpur Industries Limited. Grew to become one of the largest distributors in the country.

1971 Pioneered manufacturing of thermoplastic film, blow & injectionmoulding and PVC compunding.

1979 Started importing plastic raw materials for own consumption, trade and indenting. Grew to become one of the largest dealers of imported plastic raw materials represting manufacturers from Romania, Brazil, Mexico.

1984 Established commercial relation relations with Nissho Iwai and became one their largest business partners in plastics.

1985 Diversified into Telecommunication and Agricultural machinery agency business and got 60% market share in Govt. of India purchases under their 5th & 6th Plans.

1996 Adding products for Indenting.

1998 Appointed as Full Fledged Money Changers by RBI.

2000 Started imports of Consumer food items. Developed a consumer marketing division all over India.

2001 Diversified into Exports & Manufacturing of Stainless Steel Water Features & Garden Lamps & Accessories for European Market.

2002 Forward Integrated into Moulding of PVC Shoes for Bata India Limited.

2003 Setting up an unit to manufacturer EVA Compound & EVA Injected Shoes machine as per International standards.
